Applicants residing abroad must fill in the <strong>white form<\/strong> (<em>dossier blanc<\/em>). Applicants already residing in France must fill in the <strong>green form<\/strong> (<em>dossier vert<\/em>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Caribbean applicants<\/strong> benefit from a specific support program.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>International students not subject to the DAP or white form<\/strong> who reside abroad and hold (or will soon hold) a French or European Baccalaureate must apply via <a href=\"https:\/\/www.enseignementsup-recherche.gouv.fr\/\">Parcoursup<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-96b504a515bb35d05628fecfce4f4a45 is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary><strong>Applying for the 2nd and 3rd year of a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or BUT, and for a Master&rsquo;s 2 (M2)<\/strong><\/summary>\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-33c1bea34b225972f98541d3a2b1a46e\">International students who are EU, EEA, or Swiss nationals <strong>not subject to the \u00ab\u00a0\u00c9tudes en France\u00a0\u00bb procedure<\/strong> and wishing to enroll in the 2nd or 3rd year of a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or in the 2nd year of a Master&rsquo;s must <strong>apply directly to the University of the Antilles<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For applicants residing in one of the <strong>72 countries and territories<\/strong> with a Campus France office, all pre-visa steps are handled through the <a href=\"https:\/\/pastel.diplomatie.gouv.fr\/etudesenfrance\/dyn\/public\/authentification\/login.html\">\u00c9tudes en France<\/a> online platform. See the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.campusfrance.org\/fr\/faq\/quels-sont-les-pays-relevant-de-la-procedure-etudes-en-france\">list of countries and territories<\/a> covered by this procedure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-69d168d01fac9b8a09069852ddbc8b9c\">On this platform, applicants can submit their enrollment requests, communicate with the local Campus France office, and contact the institutions they wish to join. Depending on your nationality, you may need to apply for a <strong>long-stay student visa<\/strong>. The <a href=\"https:\/\/france-visas.gouv.fr\/web\/france-visas\/accueil\">France-Visas<\/a> platform (\u00ab\u00a0Do I need a visa?\u00a0\u00bb) can help you determine whether a visa is required and how to apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-24b25a1150ccdac8708cbf137a445f6c\" style=\"color:#17365c\">Enrollment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-3916e0fd5056735399997fcca9f8e906 is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary><strong>Administrative Enrollment<\/strong><\/summary>\n<p>Payment of the <strong>Student and Campus Life Contribution (CVEC)<\/strong> is a mandatory prerequisite before enrollment. This annual fee supports student social, health, cultural, and sports services, as well as health education and prevention. Scholarship students are exempt from payment but must still complete the online process at <strong>MesServicesEtudiants<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Administrative enrollment takes place <strong>from July to September<\/strong> (refer to the academic calendar).
