The University of the French Antilles invites you to build Insight UA together – a jointly designed academic program, in Guadeloupe or Martinique, at the heart of the French Caribbean.
A partnership built around your students
Insight UA is grounded in a simple belief: the best programs are born from collaboration between institutions. Your faculty bring their expertise, their knowledge of your students, and your institution’s educational vision. Our teams bring deep regional roots and multidisciplinary academic expertise – biodiversity, ecological transitions, Caribbean societies and cultures, economic and environmental dynamics – drawn from researchers whose work sheds light on the defining challenges of the region. Together, we build something neither of us could offer alone.
Stays ranging from 1 to 4 weeks, designed together, delivered together.
What we build together
A shared academic program: your faculty and our researchers co-facilitate thematic sessions that mutually enrich both approaches, in line with your academic credit requirements. A common university framework: your students join our campuses as our own – with access to classrooms, libraries, and academic resources of a fully accredited French university. An immersive experience supported by both institutions: our Office of International Relations and your teams jointly support students throughout their stay, with a programming of activities designed to develop their intercultural competencies and deepen their understanding of Caribbean societies.
